Product Overview

Diablo's next generation 10 in. x 60 Tooth Fine Finish Carbide Circular Saw Blade features new laser-cut stabilizer vents for precise and clean cuts in a variety of wood materials. The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through wood cleanly, quickly and accurately. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, Diablo's 10 in. fine finish blade produces precise cuts and provides 5X longer cutting life. The laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract during use, keeping the cut true and straight. This blade is excellent for trim work and projects such as building bookcases, cabinets and shelving.
  • TiCo high-density carbide for increased performance and maximum cutting life
  • Perma-SHIELD non-stick coating for protection against heat, gumming and corrosion
  • Super-thin kerf design for fast and effortless cuts
  • New advanced laser-cut stabilizer vents absord noise and vibration, and prevent sideways movement for precise, clean cuts
  • Tri-Metal Shock Resistant Brazing to withstand extreme impact
  • Precision tensioning is a computer controlled process to keep the blade flat for a better quality finish
  • Precision Shear point tooth geometry for less splintering and tear-out
  • Laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract without warping for straight and accurate cuts
  • Great for cutting hardwoods, softwoods, veneered plywood, melamine and MDF
  • Blade can be used on 10 in. miter saws, 10 in. slide miter saws and table saws (portable and stationary)

    Perfect for cutting flooring!!
I used this saw blade with my 10” miter saw mainly to cut vinyl flooring and was able to floor a 2000 square foot area without having to change the blade. Cutting was smooth and easy from the first to the last cut. I feel like in general this brand of blades last longer then most other brands I have used

Worked great for cutting down cellular blinds..
I bought this blade for the specific task of cutting down some cellular shades with aluminum head and foot rails. We replaced some bow windows and they were slightly smaller that the originals. Since the eight shades - 4 per window - were a couple of grand I thought I'd try and resize them before spending another pile of dough. I wasn't too sure about how it would turn out but I had nothing to lose since I would have to buy new ones anyway if this little project went south. I ended up taking about an inch off each shade. The blade cut the metal and blinds beautifully. What I didn't know was the footers had two 1/4 steel rods hidden in them to add weight to the footer. I missed hitting them on the first shade but was unpleasantly surprised when the blade kicked back on the second one when it hit the rods. It did cut through them with no damage to the blade, but if you're ever going to try something like this take a look to be sure there's nothing hiding in the aluminum channels. So the bottom line is the blade worked great and cut through some steel it wasn't designed to with no damage. I'm also planning on putting some laminate flooring in my office soon and this should prove ideal for that project too.

        Don't hesitate and buy it.
For this price, you can get a much cleaner cut. I'm sure glad I got it. See my pictures of the stock 24T cut vs this blade's cut. Almost gives the end grain a new life! There was a little bit of red paint sticking to the wood but it was the first cut out of the box with this blade. Did not happen again for me.

I have been using Diablo Saw Blades for a long time I really like the super narrow kerf it just cuts faster and cuts away less wood. The perma- shield non stick coating on the blade works great well at least my blade is always clean never gummed up The Blade cuts through any hard wood that I use for my cutting boards like Purple Heart, Padouk, brazilian cherry , Zebrawood with ease. The blade really does stay sharp for a long time. This is a Great General purpose Blade and I have Diablo blades on all my saws. A Great Product

            Versatile and high quality.
This blade is a versatile choice. 1: The cut is good enough to hit with 320 grit sandpaper. 2: This leaves a fine dust rather than chips. Indoors, it gets everywhere, but outdoors, the wind helps you clean up. Bring a big fan. 3: Non-ferrous capability is very useful for PVC plumbing and some aluminum projects. 4: The blade runs rather quietly. No metallic ringing sound. Just a soft whine of the teeth cutting. Interesting. I'm not used to that.

Never thought I could be so impressed with a saw blade until I got this Diablo. I installed it on my trusty old 10” Craftsman cira early 2000’s, its at least the 4th blade I’ve ran on the saw. This blade is superior to any I’ve had before and is worth replacing even if current blade doesnt seem dull. Compared to the framing blades Ive ran before this cuts just as fast and leaves a 10x better finish. I’ve put it through its paces, see photo of treated 4x pine, with a knot no less!
