Product Details

Diablo's next generation 10 in. x 84 Tooth Non-Ferrous Carbide Circular Saw Blade features new laser-cut stabilizer vents for precise and clean cuts in laminates and non-ferrous materials. The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through laminates and non-ferrous metals cleanly, quickly and accurately. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, Diablo's 10 in. non-ferrous blade produces precise cuts and provides 5X longer cutting life. The laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract during use, keeping the cut true and straight. This blade is excellent for cutting laminate flooring, plastics, brass, aluminum, copper and fiberglass.
  • TiCo high-density carbide for increased performance and maximum cutting life
  • Perma-shield non-stick coating for protection against heat, gumming and corrosion
  • Super-thin kerf design for fast and effortless cuts
  • New advanced laser-cut stabilizer vents absord noise and vibration, and prevent sideways movement for precise, clean cuts

Blade worked well in 1/4" plexiglass
Used blade on a 40 yo craftsman table saw to cut 0.220" thick plexiglass. Extremely pleased with result. No chipout and minimal scoring. Cut edges would require sanding if they would be visible but in my application they won't be. (Transparent shelves for plant stand)

Tooth broke and bent after about 8 cuts
I was using this to cut aluminum schluter jolly profiles and a tooth broke after about 8 small cuts, now it’s awful and won’t cut smoothly. Before cutting the profile, I tin snipped away the thin portion of the profile so these were really small cuts through soft aluminum. Very expensive blade that does not last

          Perfect for cutting flooring!!
I used this saw blade with my 10” miter saw mainly to cut vinyl flooring and was able to floor a 2000 square foot area without having to change the blade. Cutting was smooth and easy from the first to the last cut. I feel like in general this brand of blades last longer then most other brands I have used

Worked great for cutting down cellular blinds..
I bought this blade for the specific task of cutting down some cellular shades with aluminum head and foot rails. We replaced some bow windows and they were slightly smaller that the originals. Since the eight shades - 4 per window - were a couple of grand I thought I'd try and resize them before spending another pile of dough. I wasn't too sure about how it would turn out but I had nothing to lose since I would have to buy new ones anyway if this little project went south. I ended up taking about an inch off each shade. The blade cut the metal and blinds beautifully. What I didn't know was the footers had two 1/4 steel rods hidden in them to add weight to the footer. I missed hitting them on the first shade but was unpleasantly surprised when the blade kicked back on the second one when it hit the rods. It did cut through them with no damage to the blade, but if you're ever going to try something like this take a look to be sure there's nothing hiding in the aluminum channels. So the bottom line is the blade worked great and cut through some steel it wasn't designed to with no damage. I'm also planning on putting some laminate flooring in my office soon and this should prove ideal for that project too.

teeth snapped off, ruined my Trex railing in the process
Cutting Trex aluminum railing using this blade and a dewalt miter saw. I was cutting into the piece at a normal speed when suddenly the railing shattered into two peices. On examining the blade, it appears that teeth came off, the blade bound up on the railing and the saw had enough power to cause the aluminum in two. Railing pieces flew past my face, the blade is garbage and I need to spend another $250 for another railing kit from Trex. Will never use this kind of blade again

                Versatile and high quality.
This blade is a versatile choice. 1: The cut is good enough to hit with 320 grit sandpaper. 2: This leaves a fine dust rather than chips. Indoors, it gets everywhere, but outdoors, the wind helps you clean up. Bring a big fan. 3: Non-ferrous capability is very useful for PVC plumbing and some aluminum projects. 4: The blade runs rather quietly. No metallic ringing sound. Just a soft whine of the teeth cutting. Interesting. I'm not used to that.
