Q:What are the actual tooth per inch? 12" has 108 total teeth but specs say 3 tpi. 12"� 3 tpi does not = 108.

A: I just looked at the picture and I only counted 35 teeth on that 12 inch blade. So I’m not sure where the 108 count came from. I am really impressed with these blades. They are great on cutting the roots on trees.

The Perfect blade for the job

I needed a pruning blade to cut some unwanted trees and brush and wanted to just use my Milwaukee hacksaw. The 6in worked perfectly as there was fencing and other things a chain saw might get caught up in. The project went perfect and the blade shows very little ware. Best option I've seen in the blades for pruning and the quality of Diablo is top notch.

Wow! That Was Fun! Removed Tree Root in Minutes!

We had a stubborn tree root in our yard that made it impossible to create a tiled path for rolling our bicycles out of our patio. We went to Home Depot for advice on a saw to cut it. Terry helpfully picked out a Ryobi PBLRS01 saw and this 12" Diablo "Pruner" blade. Got home and popped in the blade and a battery. It cut through that 4" root like butter. I didn't even clear all the dirt out of the way. It didn't care. I cut it into small sections to make it easier to remove. See attached photo.

Angry Sticks

Although, I didn't use these blades for wood, fiberglass stood no chance against these blades. I'm positive they would devour some wood. highly recommended

excellent blades!

Do not listen to the people saying that these blades are weak or break. I have a stump I cut out with these blades I jsed one blades for almost the whole. That’s including in the dirt and in the ground. Not one issue. It was sharp for way longer then I expected. I went through 3 milwaukee blades and one diablo. Big difference. If you are on the fence with these blades. I highly recommend them to anyone.

These blades are awesome for cutting small roots, and branches. They hold their edge well, and are quick to get the job done. They were an excellent choice for finish cutting the 12" x 12" hard wood pillars I needed for the bridge I was building.

the carbide tips fell off or worn out fast

The blade is much worse than other non-carbide pruning blades when cut into roots in soil... as shown in picture. I also broke the 2nd blade as shown in the background...
