Smooth as butter!
This blade is razor sharp. I used it to cut vinyl covered shelves and the cleats to set the shelves on and i cant say enough good things about this blade! You will love it!

not too impressed
it was working real nice then all of sudden hit a staple and now it's not cutting worth a crap. you would think for all that money for a good blade it wouldn't die out after hitting a staple. I should of stuck with the cheap blades after that

Worked great for cutting down cellular blinds..
I bought this blade for the specific task of cutting down some cellular shades with aluminum head and foot rails. We replaced some bow windows and they were slightly smaller that the originals. Since the eight shades - 4 per window - were a couple of grand I thought I'd try and resize them before spending another pile of dough. I wasn't too sure about how it would turn out but I had nothing to lose since I would have to buy new ones anyway if this little project went south.
I ended up taking about an inch off each shade. The blade cut the metal and blinds beautifully. What I didn't know was the footers had two 1/4 steel rods hidden in them to add weight to the footer. I missed hitting them on the first shade but was unpleasantly surprised when the blade kicked back on the second one when it hit the rods. It did cut through them with no damage to the blade, but if you're ever going to try something like this take a look to be sure there's nothing hiding in the aluminum channels.
So the bottom line is the blade worked great and cut through some steel it wasn't designed to with no damage. I'm also planning on putting some laminate flooring in my office soon and this should prove ideal for that project too.

I have been using Diablo Saw Blades for a long time I really like the super narrow kerf it just cuts faster and cuts away less wood. The perma- shield non stick coating on the blade works great well at least my blade is always clean never gummed up The Blade cuts through any hard wood that I use for my cutting boards like Purple Heart, Padouk, brazilian cherry , Zebrawood with ease. The blade really does stay sharp for a long time.This is a Great General purpose Blade and I have Diablo blades on all my saws. A Great Product
