No, it's not recommended being used with murphy oil soap for the wooden floor.
Hello Josh, thank you for your question and interest in Diablo accessories. The White Buffer pad will serve to polish the finish on a floor including terrazzo. A compound or wax can be used if desired.
I would start with the least abrasive pad and test it, white is the final, so white, red and then green. sanding removes material, polishing makes it shiny. for what purpose are you wanting to remove material may change the answer. stains vs scratches
yes. the chart is hanging up in the tool rental, black green red white, rough to fine
Yes, this is the pad used to buff laminate floorings.
Lalo - Thank you for your question and interest in Diablo accessories. I do not recommend using the White Non-Woven Buffer Pad on carpet. Hope this helps. Thanks.
The 17” White Non-Woven Buffing Pad from Diablo is the least aggressive pad in our selection of pads. However, Comet is a very aggressive cleaner and it in itself may cause scratching to the surface. We recommend using the White Pad with a less aggressive cleaning agent to complete this task.
The white pad can be used “damp”; however we cannot say how well the buffing compound will work if the floor is in bad shape.
