Designed for use with an angle grinder, Diablo's 4-1/2 in. Steel Demon Grinding and Polishing Flap Disc grinds and polishes simultaneously to help you scale down and smooth out metal and stainless steel surfaces. Featuring a new Speed HUB design, this flap disc can be changed quickly, without the use of tools. A conical shape and 80-grit (ultra-coarse) composition combine for 10X faster material removal, leaving behind a shiny surface that gives your work piece a revitalized appearance and/or operational resurgence.

Q:Can I use this 80 grit Steel Demon grinding and polishing flap to remove thick paint from a deck and to resurface the wood prior to restaining? The other product I was considering was the AvantiPro quick strip however it is only rated for 1100 RPM.

A:  Hello Foxtrot, this item is designed to fit all 4 ½” Grinders. Please refer to the tool's user manual for the type of shroud that is recommended for proper use.

      A:  Hi bwitzel, The Diablo 80 Grit Flap Disc is recommended for use on metal applications only. Please use a masonry grinding disc.
