Definitely the 120 grit! I have done whole houses where we needed to knock-down the old paint. Even the 120 will ‘load up’ pretty fast……definitely wouldn’t go 220.
120 grit. Latex paint will gum up on the pad so you'll have to scrap off the paint if it gets too chunky.
