        A:  Hi Andi! This would work pretty well, but our 7-1/4 in. x 60-Tooth Fine Finish Circular Saw Blade would leave a better finish. To check it out, just search homedepot.com for Product #D0760R.

              I cannot comment on this exact blade as I have not used it except for a few test cuts, however, I have had the same Diablo 40 T finish plywood blade on my 7-1/4" saw for a number of years and have been very please with its operation. In use it is not overly loud, does not vibrate, makes good clean cuts and last a long time. I am in process of down sizing some of my tools to smaller lighter weight versions to compensate for some wrist problems that have developed or the years. I am sure this blade will serve me well. I have never had any issues with my Diablo blades.

                I used this blade in my Bosch 36V circular saw to cut Lexan polycarbonate for a COVID-19 barrier project. I had no problem cutting without any chips or cracking. At nearly $400 a sheet, accurate cuts were critical.
