This 20 mm arbor saw blade includes 3 additional bushings that allow your blade to also fit on 1/2 in., 5/8 in. or 10 mm arbor saws. These blades feature Diablo made TiCo Hi-Density Carbide engineered exclusively to deliver up to 40 times longer life when compared to 1 standard bonded abrasive disc in mild steel applications. Designed with a Triple Chip Grind (TCG), the blades carbide teeth produce clean, burr-free finishes, virtually eliminating any type of rework. Q:How many rpm is the METAL CUTTING blade rated? The Milwaukee metal cutting saw runs at 3900 rpm and its blade for it is rated for up to 4500 rpm.

A: 3900 rpm is for abrasive disk. My Milwaukee "metal cutting machine" is 1500 rpm designed for carbide cutting blades. 2 different tools. High rpm will destroy carbide blades quickly.

A: In an electric hand saw, yes. However, the side tooth grid is tight to the blade disc, and any wiggle causes kickback cutting PVC pipe; I tried, and I went back to the Sawzall. For sheet, goods PVC, it works fine!

A: Hi Andrew! Yes, but the 50 tooth version is more appropriate for plastics, and will not risk to chip the PVC. To check it out, just search homedepot.com for Product #D055050NMX.

This is a small metal cutting blade for a small cordless skill type saw. I havent used it except one cut which was 1/2" solid rebar which it did just fine. This was using a Ryobi cordless battery saw. Absolutely would purchase again.
