A:  the product inlet is 1/4" barb to fit 1/4" microtubing

A:  I'm sorry I don't know what micro tubing is. It will insert in the end of the 1/4 inch tubing. Or, you can poke it into the 1/2 inch tubing - spacing it down the side.

A:  We use this above ground. If installed underground, dirt may get in and cause it to clog

A:  No!

A:  I think dirt would clog the sprayer holes.

A:  Unfortunately not, can only lower the drip rate but it will always have flow. 

A:  Yes, if turned all the way (clockwise).

A:  Yes. You can completely shut off water to an individual dripper (0-14gph)

A:  I believe with low pressure, 25-35 lbs, yes it will completely turn off. 

A:  To get an equal distribution of water from all of the heads in a 360 degree pattern presumes that there is equal pressure applied uniformly to all openings in all heads. Since that won't be the case, I am not sure you can achieve a 360 degree pattern on all heads with the number of heads you have inserted into the pipe. Also, just so you know, due to vibration, the heads will slightly adjust themselves over time and may even rotate to a much lower delivery setting, and so should be checked every so often. The vibration & pressure will blow the heads off too if inserted loosely. So, I am not sure there is a fix to your problem, except potentially a different approach to the irrigation delivery you are trying to achieve. I would explore dripper hoses or high pressure micro spray heads.

A:  From my research and short personal experience, I put my drippers on a closed loop so pressure is equalized along the entire loop. I have done this with 1/2" poly - 25" on long sides and 14" on short sides (long rectangle) connected to 3/4" main line.

A:  At 25 psi you should be able to run a max of 15 adjustable drip emitters on your ½” poly line at one time. If you are having to rotate the adj. drippers all the way open this could indicate too many emitters on your ½” poly tubing or pressures lower than 25 psi.
