Is the hole a true 4 inch circle or is it oval

The duct port or cutout on Dryerbox Model DB-425 measures 4-3/8" from left to right and 3-7/8" from top to bottom of the cutout. It is oval, not a circle.
My dryer vent goes downwards, would that really affect the air flow at all if it was already going down into crawl space?

Does this dryer box have hole for gas line
Yes, the Dryerbox Model DB-425 has a circular cutout for a gas line on the right side of the box.
I need to exhaust horizontally through the outside of my 2 by 6 exterior wall at the top of the 4” diameter vertical metal duct. This requires a 90 degree change in the direction of the air flow. What wall exhaust fitting do you suggest. Thanks

This product features a 4" round duct connector located at the back of the box, designed for a standard 4" dryer duct. The top of the box itself does not have an opening.
Can you trun and use it for going down with exhaust
