Steaming time is too short
The steam, which lasts only about 5 minutes, which takes 10-15 mins., to heat up is the issue with this machine. This can be frustrating when doing a steam job. It is really wet, compared to other steamers. Money & time sucker! Continuous steam is best!

So far I love it!!! I saw the detail geek use a steamer for his cars and I was like well dang I need one! And got a super gross car given to me that was just...gross...my sis in law is a messy human!! Soooo this is fricken awesome! Barely any scrubbing needed I also used mr clean spray cleaner too for just the smell of clean un my car and sanitation but didn't need it!! This got it all! And easy set up and to understand. I didnt use any attachments just a towel and it was good! It got old pen ink off, sticky soda.. etc. I will post if something happens but so far so great lasted an hour with the full tank let heat up for 20min boom!!!

Great little cleaner
This little cleaner met more than our expectations. It does a great job cleaning our kitchen counter tops and appliances. The long cord and hose made it easy to move about the area. We thought we had to call a professional cleaner to clean our kitchen tile grout. There are five people and two dogs in the household and much dirt and grease have embedded in the grout over the past 20+ years. The Neat made the job very easy. You have to take it slow though. I used the nylon brush attachment and made several slow passes over each side of the tile to loosen the dirt and then mopped it up with a rag. Since it took some time to clean each tile, I sat on a roller chair with the cleaning tool in one hand and a beverage in the other hand. That's the way to do housework!.
Suggestion for Improvement: a gauge to display how much water is left.

An excellent purchase.
I’ve tested this Neat steam cleaner for a few days now that i’m confined at home, I found so many uses for it. It’s the perfect tool for a good spring steam cleaning!
