I am 5'10 and this chair is way too small. My arms don't rest on the arms and the seat only hits about mid-thigh. The back is very straight also. It also isn't that wide. I wear a size 12 and am 5'10, the seat is really just wide enough for my behind. My 5'2 child sat in it and it's perfect for them. It's a sturdy chair and very heavy.

I love these rockers. They were not too bad to assemble. The only issue is that your hand gets tired from using the Allen wrench for the assembly. I very much like the fact that they are made from the recycled plastic. I expect that they will hold up well based on our experience with a bar and serving table that we bought from another store a number of years ago. My only disappointment was that the back of one of the two rockers that we purchased is slightly tilted. All the screws aligned perfectly so it appears that the back piece was manufactured slightly defectively. I notice it but my husband said he can live with it because he doesn't want to be bothered returning it and reordering another one. Home Depot said they could pick it up but we would have to reorder it again ourselves, have it delivered and reassemble the new one. I'm sure no one else will ever notice the defect.
