A: The diameter of the design itself is 9.10" -DecoArt Paint Guru
A: Yes, as long as you use a paint that will adhere to glass. You can use a cosmetic sponge for a frosted look or soft glass paint brush for a more opaque coverage. You can secure the stencil with masking or painter's tape. Be sure to remove the stencil right after painting so the stencil won't dry to window. -DecoArt Paint Guru
A: It's plastic so it can be taped or spray mounted onto glass. I'd be more concerned about what you're using to stencil onto the window than taping this sheet of plastic onto it. If that medium is acceptable, then this stencil is of no concern.
A: Use the same kind of water-based paint you would use on the wall if you weren’t using the stencil. The stencil doesn’t determine the paint choice. The best paint, hands down, is Behr Marquee if you want a one-coat paint or Behr Ultra if you want a two-coat paint. Just take your time and do it right—do not use too much paint when stenciling or it will seep under your stencil and look sloppy—no matter what kind of paint you use.
A: If you have a “blotting” type brush ( think sponge or like the old shaving brushes) any latex paint will work - but there are special stencil paints that work better for the novice.
A: You can use any latex or acrylic paint. The best results are achieved if you use a cosmetic sponge, foam dauber or stencil brush available at any craft store. Use painter's tape to adhere stencil to wall and remove stencil while paint is wet - do not allow the paint to dry with stencil attached to wall. -DecoArt Paint Guru
A: I am not aware of larger ones but you can trace the design on a piece of paper and enlarge it on a copier then get some Mylar and an exacto knife and place the enlarged paper copy under the Mylar and cut out the design- I know a lot of effort!
A: Yes, but not on Home Depot.com at this time. They will be loaded soon. They are available on our website at www.decoart.com. The 18" Mandala stencil part number is ADS405. -DecoArt Paint Guru
