CAN I MIX THIS WITH A PAINT COLOR FOR BATHROOM. MY BATHROOM GETS REAL WET. ITS VERY SMALL AND THE WALLS GET DRIP LINES. THANKS
We would not recommend this for two reasons: 1. The Stain Blocker is formulated to prevent stains and wood tannins from existing surfaces from penetrating thru a newly painted surface and not necessarily for this application, and 2. This is an acrylic-based stain blocker and will not mix well with a latex paint. We would recommend that you use a broad wall paint that is weather/moisture resistant for your bathroom. this stain blocker is also called a sealer but it's not waterproof. While I plan to sealed my wood table with this first, then paint with calk paint, am I also suppose to put a coat of this sealer on top of a coat of chalk paint to "seal" it? This is my first chalk paint project. I'm stating with a wooden TV Tray. :)
