This light stopped working less than a week after I bought it. I thought maybe the battery died. The instructions tell you how to change the battery, but the battery cover is sealed shut. I took out the screws like the instructions showed, but unable to open battery cover. Of course I threw away my receipt and packaging. I would not recommend this product.

Good Rabbit Deterrant
I bought these to mount onto 7’ U Fence Posts which I spaced around my lawn at its back perimeter to fend off the rabbits that were eating holes into my lawn. It has worked very well. The lights stay on only briefly and the next adjacent one will go on if they try to move out of the area of light. It drives them back into the direction from which they came and my lawn is finally recovering.

It's solar, motion, with a lithium battery. It provides a lot of light at night when I take my dog out. Mount it so that it gets sun and 3 to 5 feet high. It lights up a very large area. Because it points downward, it isn't activated by tree branches in wind. Also great to illuminate outdoor stair cases. Thank you, Home Depot. This is THE BEST outdoor solar light I've ever purchased. I no longer need my motion lights that go on and off all night long when it's windy.

I Manage a zip-line Adventure park that is 100% off grid solar. These lights are the perfect solution for providing light in key locations throughout the park without spending thousands on electrical work. Just set it an forget it. I use "Fuzit" by liquid nails to simply glue them all up wherever needed. This means installation is literally less than a minute. I even have one attached to a tree on one of trails at the park. They are not really bright enough to call them security lights but the are great for seeing a combination lock after dark. Truly on of my favorite products. They are low cost enough to simply replace if ever needed but so far so good.
