Set an easy schedule with the Defiant 24-Hour Plug-in Mechanical Timer. The easy-to-use timer is perfect for lamps, seasonal lighting, small appliances and more. For increased versatility, it is compatible with LED, CFL and incandescent bulbs. A sleek white finish and discreet design blends into surroundings to allow placement anywhere in your home. Turn your devices ON/OFF several times throughout the day using 30-minute interval push pins. A simple dial on the face of the timer supports less complicated set up compared to complex automation devices. The timer turns any indoor outlet into a timed, polarized outlet, which supports lights or small appliances with two-prong cords. A side-access design of the outlet directs cords along the wall to allow placement behind furniture or in other tight spaces. It also features a convenient override switch to prevent settings from cycling when not needed. Add a touch of automation with the Defiant 24-Hour Plug-in Mechanical Timer.

The timer itself probably uses Pennies. I Run 14-2 ‘ led grow lights and 20-4’ led grow lights. 18 hrs on 6 off. My bill is a little under $200 a month. Sometimes $160 depending on if dehumidifier is on a lot.
Only if you plug something that uses 1875 watts into it.
I don’t feel like my electric bill is any higher it just allows for my lights to be turned on and off without having to walk though the house.
I bought a 2 pack & gave one to my daughter. I have been using the same one for a few years have never had any problems at all.
I have two of these and have used them several times over several years in an 80 + y/o apartment without an issue.

Made in China. I've used this for 2 month periods for my lamp while I was out of my home on vacation and it works perfectly. It would be hard to find one made in China. As we all know, China became the world's factory.

Each block is 30 minutes. Select multiple blocks for multiples of 30 minutes.
It can be set for 30 mins.
the pins are every 30 min, how ever these are mechanical in nature so I have found if you set lights to go on and off of each other to close to each other it will miss cycles of pins due to how it is made, they must be 60 min apart or 2 of the pins in difference for it to work correctly.
Check the electrical ratings on the fan, usually found on the motor. If it is under 12 amps or 1440 Watts, it should work fine. Stay under 80 percent of the device rating to prevent tripping of the circuit breaker.
Yes, I use one to turn my Christmas lights on at night.
yes this will work fine for that purpose.
Yes as long as it is under 1875 watts you can,,, hope that helps,
Yes grandma
I can't see why not? if it doesn't work HD has good return policy
Absolutely! I have 5 (yes 5) of these and use year round. Very simple to use and the work wonderfully.
Yes, if the wattage does not exceed the max for the timer.
