The home depot respond the Nickel Plating is not cover under the Guarantee (not warranty), see attach photo, do not get fooled by the cover

We purchased two sets of these Defiant Naples aged bronze lever door handles 2 months ago for 2 brand new doors (also from HD). My personal taste dictated that we find dark metal door handles as opposed to silver or gold colored ones which I dislike. Hubby brought them home and I was very impressed with their look. He had no problems installing both sets on the new doors. When I came out to check them out, I loved how they feel very sturdy, almost bulky in your hand as opposed to flimsier door levers I have had on my french doors of the past. It seems weird to say "I love them", but I really do! Beautiful color and heavy metal that appears to be an excellent quality. We are now on our third set, since we both disliked our "knob" front door and replaced it with (you guessed it) a Defiant Naples aged bronze front door lever. If you prefer levered doors over knobs, then check these out. They are wonderful. The color is so classy! Silver and or gold just does not compare, if you ask me. :-)

I purchased 2 lock sets with matched keys. The 1st set was a dream. On the 2nd set, the flat bar that turns the deadbolt lock was the wrong size. It was twice the width of the slot in the lock. Next 140 mile round trip to HD will be to exchange it and hope they have a match for the installed lock set.

This Lock set was installed with ease. I removed the existing knob door handle and deadbolt. Used a Phillip's screwdriver. It comes with 4 keys. The door is now able to be opened with ease. It has a nice finish. Guaranteed for life. This was at least three times less expensive than other locks I had been looking at. It's been in for 2 weeks and no problems yet. It has exceeded my expectations, You usually
get what you pay for, so far I'm happy with this combo pack.
