Ideal for entry doors between 1-3/8 in. - 1-3/4 in. thick, you can easily install it with a Phillips screwdriver for existing cutouts (pre-drilled). You can unlock it with one of two included keys, remotely (with the Hubspace App when utilizing the included smart indoor plug), Bluetooth (with the Hubspace App) or a digital keypad.

will this fit the Arcada security door with a deadbolt bumpout?
Hi JimH, As we are not familiar with specific brand and model door dimensions, we are unable to provide a 100% guaranteed answer for your question. All we can say is that our deadbolts will fit doors between 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick with a 2-1/8" front and back bore hole with a 1" latch bore hole. The code js not working on the door. I think there is a square plug in required for it to work. Am i correct?

my hubspace lock set off an alarm when i tried unlocking it, why?
