Difficult to program
Programming this deadbolt is very difficult. The instructions are vague. And it doesn't make sense that you have to hold any button to lock the door. why not just press the lock button 1 time to lock it?

Just purchased this product. The price was just right. Very easy to install and very easy to program.

Lock is very basic, the programming is horrible!
Lock key works but not major security.
The deadbolt actually floats in the mechanism and the deadbolt doesn't contract flush to the door, may take the lock back as this may stick and make the door unable to unlock... This only happens with the keypad unlock, not the turnbuckle or key.
Programming was the most difficult as it has a master code and user codes.

Returning Product
After the install, I tried to program the item but nothing worked. I also own a schlage but wanted something cheaper for the garage but this product is horrible. The schlage was so easy to program but this keeps beeping red. I also tried reseting it several times but gave up. I also dont like the close feature to hold any number for 2 seconds. Why not the lock button.
