Do not buy this product...I came home today turned on my lights and thank God my Son and Neighbor saw something wasn't right it caught fire....Thank God it only burnt the wires to the small blow ups and lights we had connected to it...

I recently added the Defiant 6-Outlet Outdoor Yard Stake With Projector in green to enhance my Halloween and Christmas displays, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. With the help of the Hubspace app, which I've been using regularly for the past few years to control my home light & now animatronics, I can now seamlessly manage all my holiday decorations using the yard stake. This eliminates the need for a remote-controlled plug and offers me the freedom to set different schedules for my decorations to turn on and off as per my preferences. During my testing, the outdoor outlet stake proved to be exceptionally reliable, performing flawlessly even in challenging conditions such as heat and rain. Its top-notch construction, including the sturdy two-part stake that can handle tough soils, has impressed me. I also appreciate its adjustable height feature, allowing me to customize its placement based on my specific needs. The outlet covers with stiff springs and great spring back operate smoothly, and the power switch cover effectively keeps water out during rainy weather. The projector emits a generous amount of light with a captivating pattern when using the lenses, and I find the option to toggle the lens light on and off to be particularly convenient. In addition to its outstanding performance with the app and voice control, this product has proven to be exceptionally durable and versatile. I was intrigued with this “smart stake” six-outlet outdoor wireless device for it potential to control lighting in my garden. It comes in tree main pieces, the outlet hub, the stake tip and an optional extension to get more height when placing the stake. It has a novel changing-color LED beam light that is reflected onto a hemisphere diffuser to project a 360 degree light on the ground beneath the power module. It comes with two wraps with winter-themed scenes that can project onto the ground when you insert them into the clear shell around the diffused light. What I liked most was the very beefy construction of the outlet hub and thick power cord. The unit is easily controlled with the Hubspace app that you can download to your wireless light. The app lets you control the LED light and schedule the outlet’s on and off power times. Very handy!

The item arrived well packaged and in great condition. I removed it, added the Hubspace app to my iPhone and started the connection process. The item easily linked to our home wifi and Alexa system. I am very into outdoor Halloween and Christmas decor so the extra 6 plugs that this device provides will be greatly appreciated. Not sure how often I will use the projector feature at the bottom but it is a nice added touch.

This is a very handy tool to keep backyard accessories powered up. It has a nice thick durable looking cord and 6 outlets that snap closed with a cover when not in use. I have not used the projector feature and I really can’t see myself using it but it’s a quirky option that may come in handy. We live in a rural area and our WiFi is sketchy so I was concerned when I realized that it had to be used with an app. Nevertheless, we were able to use it and program it to have our fountain come on and turn off at the times of our choice. It’s much more space saving than the traditional rectangular multi-outlet setup as it is vertical and the green color makes it camouflage nicely in the natural greenery.

Pros: Very heavy duty outdoor stake. 6 covered plug will make it easy to use for holiday decorations. Easy twist together stake and easy install. The projector is nice. Makes it easy to find in the dark. Changes every 3 seconds between red, green, and blue. Cons: Short cord, so you’ll have to use an extension cord if you don’t have enough outlets. In order to use the projector you have to download an app and create an account. Must be connected to wi-fi also. Came with 2 winter plastics for the projector, would have been nice if it included other holidays/seasons so you can use it year round.

It's not for everyone. Best for those who like the kind of Bluetooth technology, not those who like a simple off on switch. As far as the features go they really are pretty nice it has six outlets. You can program it but not each individual outlet just the entire stake, and then the decorative light on the bottom can be programmed to be either off or on. These things are a little confusing in the direction. I also am not sure what the decorative lighting is supposed to do. No it is striking at night it basically reflects toward the ground and not over a particularly large area. It doesn't move in a circle unless I'm doing something wrong in the programming which is possible. And that's my problem. You have to download an app in order to program it I don't think there's any way to operate it without the app. And I'm just not that type of person. Having said that I did download the app and set the timer and it works without fail. So, again, I think the product is a very good product but you have to be the type of person who likes to program your whole house or something like that.

This is a great 6 outlet outdoor extension on a stake for the yard. I have an old plastic blow mold Nativity set that has 6 pieces and this will be perfect for that. The item also has projected lights from the bottom that shine on the ground and there are two different insert for different designs. One of the best features is that it has an app called HubSpace that allows you to turn on the outlets (not individually) and you can turn the ground projection off or on from the app also. It uses Wi-Fi so if it is out in the yard too far from your Wi-Fi the app won't work but you can still operate it manually. Looking forward to using this for my Christmas decorations.

What a Great idea! Works by an app called Hubspace & Can also be used through Alexa or Google. There’s a bit of a learning curve with downloading the app Creating an account then setting it up. But once that’s done, it’s really a clever product. You can hook up six different lines of lights along with the projector that revolves around the bottom of the outlets. There’s even two different scenes for the projector, snowflakes and snowmen.

I picked this up in preparation for setting up for Halloween in the next 3-4 weeks so it’s not in the yard yet but will be shortly. The appears to be sturdy and comes with everything you need to get all of your holiday decoration connected to a central point in the yard. There is the ground stake as well as an extension to extend this to a few different heights in the yard. The device can be controlled with the app that is free to download. (I did this on a previous item and it’s just a few steps and a matter of setting up and account.) I already had some mini lights on this app so it was as simple as adding the plugs to the app control panel. When you add an item, the app requires you to scan the QR code located on the box and the device itself. This will have it use Bluetooth to find the device as well as as add it to your home WiFi network, so be sure to have both on when you start the process. Once connect you can add a smart schedule and use a different one for the group of all the outlets and/or the projection separately. (The 6 outlets are in one group so you can only control all of them at once, either on or off.) I’m doing them separate, one schedule for outlets and the other for projection as it only has 2 templates for Christmas. Speaking of the projection that is also part of this device, you can choose between the already installed snowflakes or switch to the Snowman and Snowflake insert. I’m not sure if they are additional holiday inserts but I’ll be looking for those next. If you are like me and have a of yard fixtures and decoration, this is the one to use.
