Definitely the most challenging towel bar/rack I’ve ever hung. My advice is tape the template to the wall and pre drill exact locations of the wall anchors. There’s no room for error because of all the parts that need to line up.

Absolute garbage - impossible to install
TRASH. You have to tape up a paper template and VERY EXACTLY put holes where the template says. If you are off by a millionth of an inch (guess what? The template is a flexible piece of paper!) the brackets won't fit. The set screws are too short - I would get parts fitted, crank the set screw with the bar ABSOLUTELY FLUSH to the wall, and the screw would encounter no resistance AND EXIT INTO THE FLANGE! Pull it all out, try again. I tore it off the wall in a fit of rage, threw it out the window, and now have four massive gaping holes in my wall that are full of spackle. Who designed this? Imprison them for life.
I followed the instructions TO THE LETTER, and ONE of the four connections worked. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

Great storage rack for towels and hooks to hang some nite clothes etc. Good quality and decorative. Nice match to my other bronze hardware. Installation not bad. Comes with template. Recommend at least one side fasten in stud.

Very stylish, added storage
I got this piece for my half bath in order to give it some storage as the pedestal sink doesn't offer any. It's such a stylish and functional piece. It has a modern look and the finish cleans easily. It made my small half bath feel like a luxurious fancy hotel bathroom. It has a shelf and a robe/ towel bar with hooks. I really love the functionality and the style of this piece and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a little extra shelving in the bathroom.

Finally a towel rack that is both functional and has good looks
Being able to stack towels on top of the rack is better than having to stuff them into a fixed height rack. I had one and it didn't hold very many towels. The extra large hooks are great for the thick bathrobe that you want to hang up. The chrome finish will withstand the moist climate of your bathroom.
To install the rack you have to mount the bottom hooks to the towel rack using two tubes. There are two hex head screws that tighten down on the tubes to keep them from falling out. There are no hex head screws in the top towel rack. The hex key comes with the kit. I included a picture so you can see the hex screws in the hook rack. To make sure you get a perfect, level fit, the kit includes a full size template which makes it easy to level and mark where to put the brackets. Everything fits together and you use hex head screws to fasten the rack to the mounting brackets.
When finished you have a beautiful looking rack that is sturdy and functional.

Beautiful bathroom towel rack.
I wish every wall or ceiling mounted product came with what this one did - a stencil! That stencil helped me to mount it correctly so that it was level after fastened to the wall. It looks like a touch of elegance was added to the bathroom and it holds more towels than I thought it would. You tape the stencil to the wall (I used painters tape) and use a level (two foot in my case) to be sure it was mounted straight. This is important since you have to drill a total of eight (8) different holes into the wall. That made it mount level and accurately. Putting the pieces together on the wall was a tiny bit difficult since they secure the parts with these very small Allen screws and a teeny-tiny Allen wrench. Since I have large hands it was a bit difficult to insert the small wrench with my hands wedged against the wall and rotate the wrench. Well, anyhow, after all was done it did mount accurately and was level - thanks to the stencil and my Empire level that I used. The satin nickel finish looks great. When you mount the rack to the wall it looks ok BUT when you put towels on it - it just looks like it fits right in. It all came together. I thank the manufacturer for including the stencil - it would have been difficult to get level without that! There ya go!

Awesome towel "train" rack for smaller bathrooms!
I needed a towel rack from which I would be able to hang at least 4 large bath towels and which would also fit well in a smaller bathroom. This one totally fits the bill. This satin nickel towel rack has three large hooks (which are not moveable) for hanging towels and/or bathrobes/clothes, and the rack itself can hold several more towels on top. You can also use the rods on the rack to hang towels off of. It can support up to 30 lbs. The design and finish goes well in contemporary as well as more traditional bathrooms. We installed it high enough so that no one can bump into it (the rack itself sticks out more than a traditional one- bar or two-bar towel rack), and you want to do this if you have a narrower bathroom.
Installation was not too difficult according to DH. The wall anchors that come with this towel rack were not the screw-in kind according to the instructions and he had to bring out his drill. Also, he found that after attaching the brackets onto the screws, it was a bit challenging to hang the rack onto the brackets. Other than that, there were no problems with installation and it sits tightly on the wall.
I think the design of this towel rack is based on those racks that one used to (or still does) see in those overnight sleeper trains. Pretty unique!
