Does the champagne bronze color chip or peel? Many other colored flanges seem to chip easily.

The flange 72030-CZ needs some care and cleaning maintenance to keep it 's finish from peeling, chipping or fading. Although the finish is extremely durable it is possible to damage it. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measure is needed, a solution of 50% white vinegar (never Apple vinegar) could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. This regime should allow your flanges finish to last a long time. Is this just a stopper or does it drain as well?
Asked by kara February 14, 2017It is only the sink insert and a stopper. Made to be used on the disposal side of the sink. The other piece on the other side of the sink is a stainer and stopper. They look good and work well.
Where can i find this part in Venetian Bronze?

This finish is an organic finish and the chemicals that are in foods would change the finish over time. We recommend matching your sink instead of the faucet for this piece. Thanks. Jody
Can I use this product if I have an Insinkerator disposal that requires hand-held magnetic connection to work?

Asked by JackieB March 7, 2018I too have a fireclay sink, this did NOT work with it, I did need to find the extended flange. I was unable to find one in the champagne bronze so I went with another brand in white to match the sink. I am pleased with that look. It is very unobtrusive.
