BEST Shower I've had in my entire LIFE!!
Purchased this to replace my previous shower head that had broken and was leaking. Long story short — BEST SHOWER EVER! I usually take 20-30 minute showers when I have to wash my hair and the first shower I had with this product it took me 10 mins !

What a Dud!
During a recent shower this Delta shower head popped off the round ball joint that attaches it to the water pipe. This ball joint and the round female holder in the shower head that it snaps onto are made of plastic, as is the entire shower head. This connection depends entirely on the ball staying in the plastic holder. There is NO threaded connection! Suddenly, after using it for a few months the entire shower head started popping off and falling to the floor during every shower. Each time, when I reinstall it and turn on the water it pops off again. Even though it's all made of plastic this thing can really hurt when it lands on your toe! Bad engineering and/or manufacture for a company like Delta; totally useless product.

Showerhead just screws on where the old one was. Spray settings change easily with a click of the lever. The 5 different sprays are great to have, and the pause setting is also a great feature. It allows you to stop the water flow, then resume without a change in water temperature. Nice looking and has easy to clean holes.

I was looking for an adjustable head with swivel. All product on the shelf indicated "fixed". After installing if tightened to allow changing spray the fixture would unscrew from the stem. If tightened to prevent, it would leak at the connection. I came back and purchased a WaterPick that said "fixed" but actually did swivel. Store employee opened the package to show me it actually was not fixed.

This 5- Spray 5 in shower head make our showering enjoyable. The full spray with massage is very refreshing. The shower head was so easy to install and I even thought I would have to call a professional plumber to install it. Considering how expensive it is to call one, I gave it a try and I'm so proud that I was able to assemble a man's job. The package contained the necessary parts to install it and I only needed the plumber's tape. Now showering is always a treat for me with this Delta Shower Head with Pause. I've had this shower head less than a month. I bought and installed it on May 31, 2018. I'm thoroughly happy with it and the product has certainly exceeded my expectations.

Very Simple Replacement
This showerhead is a replacement for a basic, single-spray showerhead that I thought about replacing for some time. All the faucets in our house are Delta some that was another factor in my choice although a showerhead can be matched with another brand shower control valve. Unlike many showerheads, this unit does NOT have "flats" on the side of the part that attaches to the extension pipe. The instructions clearly state "DO NOT USE PLIERS TO TIGHTEN. I thought I would reinforce that point. Finger tightening resulted in o leaks and a speedy installation after using an adjustable wrench to remove the old unit. The variety of sprays are good and include a massage-type spray and a fine mist that is interesting even if I am not sure how much we will use it. Changing patterns is very simple with the movement of the lever on the showerhead face that rotates the entire body of the showerhead. A footnote, if you experience poor water pressure as one person seemed to, remove the new showerhead and check the screen for crud, such as plumber's putty, that may be on the screen. Crud can build up and cut pressure to a trickle even when you have sufficient pressure to the home.
We have had our Delta faucets for 17 years now and expect this unit to provide years of good service as well.
