You need to use Teflon tape and rubber ring gasket! you probably forget the rubber ring gasket!

Hmmm, pull the connector off the shower stem coming out of the wall. Check to see if the washer is in there. The washer acts as a gasket to seal the connection. The water will spray if it's not in there . I hope this fixes your water spray problem.

You still need to put a plumbers tape (white tape) to wrap around that hole to stop the water from leaking. I hope this helps.

If the shower unit has less that this, we recommend to soak the hand shower in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix. Can't adjust the pressure with the faucet it's a single handle Delta. I have 80 lbs. of pressure but the flow from the head is low that's why I took the O-ring out. Would a smaller O-ring give better flow from the head?

Two possible solutions; I don't know about the "O" ring but there is a small plastic center restrictor in the handle that I removed using a needle nose plyer. It can be accessed by disconnecting the hose from the handle and the plastic restrictor is right in the center of the handle when viewing it straight on from where the hose connection is in the handle of the sprayer. Jt has a small tab and looks as if that tab was meant to be used to remove this plastic restrictor. This, of course, provided that the item has not been reengineered over the past 18 months? If this task takes you longer than five minutes then something is wrong!!! In other words this should be a very simple and easy fix. Depending upon how the plumbing is at the valves in the water supply at the wall there also usually is a way using a screwdriver to adjust the cold and hot water flow if it is available or accessable behind the cover in the shower water control valve that is used to operate the shower

Hi, From low pressure to high yes, remove the ring. To lower the pressure, I adjusted from the faucets.

The mount is in 2 pieces - one attaches to the water pipe on one end and the other end has a ball on it. The other piece (is the handle mound and hose from the mount to the shower handle) has a socket on one end that connects to the ball end of the one attached to the water pipe. Once you have connected these two ends together you can swivel them some - up, down, right, left. so when you place the shower handle in the mound it will hold the angel you set it too. The swivel need to be hand tight - DO Not Over Tighten it or it will crack - so hand tight only! I hope this helps

When you put the flow on pause it's supposed to trickle so that when returned to normal flow the temperature should be consistent with what it was before it was paused. As far as returning it to full flow it should be three clicks clockwise or four counter clockwise to reattained the flow desired. Make sure that you are turning the clear plastic ring and not the entire shower head.

It fit into the delta wall mount that I have. That's why it was so easy to install.

I placed mine in a Delta wall mount and it fits just fine. It has a slim handle that should work in almost any mount.

There is lifetime warranty on this hand held shower you can contact Delta and they be more than glade to help you. Go to there web site and get there phone number and call them. It sounds like it needs replacing. They send you a new one. Good luck.

No but for under a buck get a roll and keep it around. You never know when you're going to need it and it's not milk, it won't spoil. I'd wrap the tape three to five times around the threads and hand tighten the hose.

not this particular brand, you would have to look for the ones that say brass. keep looking online to see if it says brass on the description.
