Great looking!
Decided on this showerhead as we were doing a complete tub/shower install. Order the venetian bronze and really liked the color. One caution is that it is hard to find other venetian bronze product, such as shower curtain rod, drain, and other fixtures so be aware. Some oil brushed bronze 9f brands our close but a little trouble some when finding items to match. I was disappointed of the tub spout being plastic and cheap feeling. The rest our nice quality. My biggest negative was after installing had very low water pressure coming from the shower head. I had to remove the blue reducer inside the shower head to get my pressure back up. Before removing the water would not have enough pressure to even hit the back of the tub but taking on the reducer worked. Lastly the head wasnt as large as I expected however still adequate for us. Overall happy with product and enjoy being able to control both temperature and water pressure.

Happy with my purchase

Love the sleek design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this shower trim kit because I needed to update mine as it sprung a leak so when I got this I was excited to install it! Well I didn’t think it would be much work but I was wrong the instructions was not very easy to understand so I have to YouTube how to install the shower knobs (that was my main issue) since it needed the 4 way valve and I had to install that also. But once I got it put together it had no issues the square shape shower head and spout add a sleek design to my shower! I love the shower head features that I can either have the head going, the removable head going alone or I can have both at the same time ! Plus I can adjust the way I want the shower to come out in like a stream or jetted or shower so many options to choose from !

Great Shower Head!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice shower head set. Very easy to install. I do suggest using a 6 inch extension so the shower head can point in different directions (it needs to be away from the wall a few inches). It is made of plastic which surprised me, but it actually makes sense because if you drop it on your foot you don’t want to crush your toe. The different settings allow you to change the pressure from both the main shower head and the handheld, and of course the directional versatility of the handheld is great for washing everywhere. Also very useful for washing the dog.

Spray angle is hindered
I love it however it does require a bit of extra space due to the handheld’s cord. You won’t be able to aim the spray directly down but only at a 65-70 degree angle.

Learing to Compromise
This shower head was purchased during my restroom remodel. Issues that I have are that the water pressure is not equal across the various settings and the stem from the wall to the head is not long enough not allowing the head to tilt further down because it hits the center hose connection. I can purchase a longer stem to fix the tilting issue, and learn to deal with the pressure based on my settings but just feel that for the cost I shouldn't have to buy anything additional. Otherwise, fit and finish are great.

This shower has great features
Overall this shower system is good, however the pipe from the wall, holding the shower head is not long enough. It is difficult to centre the shower head properly, see the picture attached. The portable showerhead handle hits the wall. To use the shower head, the handle has to be kept to one side or the other. The water spray falls into the corner of the shower stall.

Good but not great
This product looks great and has great quality, but unfortunately I can't tilt the fixed faucet head down enough to suit my 5'3" short self because the length of the handle and hose get in the way. Water ends up hitting the very back of the shower floor and I would have preferred more flexibility with where the water hits. Would only recommend if you have a nice long/wide shower to accommodate this. One thing I do really like is the "temp set" feature so all you have to do is turn the handle to ON and it'll go right to the temp you like. This is a great feature.
