Great exhaust fan

Hard to maintain - 3yrs ownership
Pros:
This is an energy-efficient fan and it is quiet. It was as easy to install as any other bathroom fan.
Cons:
This replaced an old 80 cfm Broan fan but I don't think it is any better at removing steam from a shower than the Broan. This is because the DeltaBreez fan is harder to keep clean. The fan cage is not removable from the motor so you can't just rinse it in a sink the way you can totally clean a Broan fan. A vacuum can't remove the dust that builds up on the blades.

The exhaust flap has huge gaps. Air will constantly leak.

LOOK AT MY PHOTO FIRST! Their photo is fake.
Attached you will see that the reason they are using a pasted over photo, which I wondered about on all the listings selling this. It is because the lamp does not cover the giant hole for the vent!! You see it everywhere except standing under it. Now I have to hire people to try to do something about covering part of it -- but that reduces the point of the vent!
Poorly designed, lamp itself ooks great, but the gaping hole is ridiculous.

Won't Keep the Cold Out
During installation I noticed that the exhaust baffle does not close completely. There is a gap designed into it. The gap is about 1/4" around the bottom, and much larger on the top. This certainly will not prevent drafts in the bathroom during cold WI winters! Poor design! I called customer support to see if it was the wrong part and all they could say is "No, I think that's the way it's supposed to be. The metal ones do a bit better.". Not helpful.

The light is bright. I was replacing a recessed lighting...
The light is bright. I was replacing a recessed lighting fixture and was worried the light wouldn’t be bright enough - as if I was in a run down motel or sketchy alley. It’s definitely as bright as the recessed lighting fixture I replaced. I’m happy with the brightness. The fan adequately vents my 65 square foot bathroom of moisture and stink. My mirrors don’t fog up anymore. After a 15 foot run of semi-rigid duct (6ft) and PVC pipe (9ft), the fan is strong enough to easily open the gable wall vent flap. Highly recommend.

Leaky Delta Breez GreenBuilder Series 80 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fan with LED Light
This exhaust fan is no good because it leaks cold air into the bathroom.
To keep from shivering while in the bathroom, I had to tape a bubble envelope over it and tell my wife not to use it.
Guess I was wrong in following advice to replace the old fan to keep this exact same thing from happening!
