The thermostat only allows heat to blow for 90 seconds and then turns off and blows cold air for 30 seconds. It doesn’t really heat the room as I expected. Any ideas on why or if I can change it?

The fan and heater are functional and currently do what they are supposed too. The heat works fine and it looks nice with our remodel. It’s a bit noisy on start up but otherwise seems normal. I hope it lasts a very long time.

I ordered this unit after researching several different brands and settled on this one because it DIDN'T have an integrated LED. It was supposed to include a GU24 base CFL lamp.
The unit arrived without the lamp and the socket is a medium Edison base.
The included paperwork (and on DeltaBreez.com) advises to install a max 60 watt lamp. Unfortunately my unit has a bar running across the middle of the reflector that prevents the installation.
I tried calling HD customer care to advise that the item description and manual is incorrect but was told they would contact the supplier to have the missing GU24 CFL lamp sent to me, (as stated the GU24 base lamp will not fit in this newly revised unit)
Basically be advised that the information on HD site is outdated for this product.

The combo ventilation fan/ heater was easy for the electrician to install. Does a very goid job of warming our large shower area, as well as, venting away moisture. Reasonable sound level.

Quiet and efficient.

Love this so much!

We had the exact one in one of our bathrooms and was looking to get another one for our other bathroom. This product is incredible. The exhaust works great, it's always nice to have extra lighting. The heater, I never thought I'd use. It's nice to get out of the shower to a warm room, especially in the winter. My kids love it too. No more shivering babies when they get out of the tub. I can't recommend it enough.

I feel like it works better and I love the heat option. It’s not super loud (like our old one) and it’s using less energy. Overall, I really love this and would definitely recommend!

Awesome vent fan with it all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this fan includes heat as well as an extra light because who doesn’t need more weight in their bathroom? It’s sleek and nice looking and comes well packaged. I’m hoping it’ll be quieter and more energy efficient than our old fan. Looks easy to install as well.

It’s not flashy and over designed and flashy, it’s just a good looking sleek fully functional unit. The install was very, hardest part was figuring out where I wanted in bathroom and cutting hole to fit unit through. The fan is extremely quiet, it is a very small hum. Even the heater isn’t very loud which is very uncommon for most exhaust/heater units I’ve come across in my life so far. For the effectiveness of the heat put out, I would say it does extremely well! Will heat a normal sized bathroom in a few minutes. Light is a decently bright LED light that is dimmable which is great when you want to have just enough light to see in the late night bathroom visit. Overall I’d give this BreezRadiance 80 CFM Bath Fan LED Dimmable Light with Heater from Delta Electronics two thumbs up!

electical connection weak
Fan install was simple. Wish the metal bars that go in the attic had more versitility as the hole from my previous fan was bot centered between joists. BIGGEST issue with this fan is that the electronics behind the sealed control panel is loose. I have had to jam plummers putty to force the connection inside to stay put. Without opening up the electonics bay (which is riveted) I assume there is broken solder inside. See picture for the required fix of the heater connection. Other complaint as others have mentioned is that the heater has no option of controlling when it shuts off due to overheat. Gets the room warm but would like warmer but the heater rheostat is set too low. Also cant control the direction that the heated air blows down because the cover aims it away from the intake fan. With our instal direction is had to blownthe heater right at the window.
