Set it and forget it. The Delta Electronics SIG80MLED is a powerful yet super quiet bathroom exhaust fan/LED light equipped with a motion sensor and adjustable delay timer for the ultimate in convenience and worry-free operation. Mount is surface mount.

Noise level of less than 0.3 sones
Motion sensor triggers full speed operation until user-set delay time elapses after user leaves (0.5, 5, 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute delay time options)
Adjustable low speed for continuous operation (0, 40 or 60 CFM options)

Q:drywall cut-out size for fan installation

A: Installation can be done from below and the housing on the SIG 80 is approximately 9 3/4" x 9 3/4 so at least that size opening is required. If you have any further questions you can call Delta at 888 979 9889. Thank You for considering Delta.
