Matte Black Chips Off Easily & Quickly
We bought 3 of these faucets for our bathrooms, all in matte black. We've been using them for 9 months, and on all 3 the black has started chipping off the stopper. For the price, I am very unhappy with the fact that the finish is chipping off that quickly. There are also only 2 people living in the house, so they aren't even used very often. Love the look, but overall the quality of these are very poor.

Very nice
Very nice with one exception of the drain stopper not fully stopping water from going down the drain because there is not enough space to pull the knob and the backsplash of the vanity.

I upgraded my bathroom vanity and am pleased with this...
I upgraded my bathroom vanity and am pleased with this faucet. Still new so I cannot comment on lasting quality, but appearance wise and recent usage I like how handles move and shut off. Contractor installed in new counter for me and didn’t have any trouble. Over all very happy with faucet.

Quality faucet
I purchased the Chamberlain Brushed Nickel widespread bathroom faucet and installed it myself today. Packaging and instructions were good. The faucet is well made with all metal parts. Brass valve stems and nuts. Steel rod and nut for spout. Everything assembled as per instructions and went together well except the rod that inserts into the drain pipe to open/close the stopper was about 2-3 inches too short to line up with the vertical pull rod. I extended it with another rod attached with a couple of small hose clamps. Overall, I’m satisfied with the faucet and expect it to hold up well for many years.

I really liked the brushed nickel finish on the faucet and the way it goes with the countertop and the decoration in the room. The installation was easy and not very difficult at all. I found that I was able to complete the installation in a reasonable amount of time and I am very satisfied with the results and the appearance of the new faucet look.
