The quality is excellent. it is a sturdy, thick brushed nickle and comes with high quality hardware for once. The drywall mollys are modern and easy to install and the screws are the right length to hit a stud. The design is very pretty, with one personal exception. The cantilevered bar that holds the paper rotates up and down and rests on a hand of sorts. But, the alignment of the hand is not perfect in my install and therefore does not look quite right. I used a torpedo level and everything is tight, but I think that this design has be 100% perfectly installed for the alignment to look perfect - which is tricky. So, it is beautiful, but not as easy to install for perfection and suggested.

I decided to do a bathroom remodel and went with the Delta Chamberlain Spotshield line for the towel rack, toilet paper holder and towel ring. The design is modern and sleek and the spotshield that resists water spots, fingerprints and stains is a very nice added feature. The metal is great quality and very sturdy. The installation was easy and took about 10 minutes. My favorite thing about the design is the lever that lifts up and makes changing the toilet paper roll seamless. No more toilet paper rolls with springs! The only con with this product is that the plastic screw anchors are quite large and you can easily end up making some nice holes in your wall if you don't measure correctly the first time.

Thumbs up on this pivot toilet paper holder. Seriously easy to install in a matter of ten minutes or so. The easy to use template and instructions really do make it a charm to install. All hardware included in this kit. After installing I noticed my large toilet paper roll rubbing against the holder rod. I've added photos to get a better view. I'm overall pleased with the toilet paper holder. I really like the pivot swivel arm for ease of exchanging the rolls. Comes in a brush nickel finish with fine and smooth look and feel to it. It's part of a chamberlain collection that matches our hand towel holder and towel bar. Sure does look nice.

This is a high quality toilet paper holder, feels substantial and has a nice mounting system that likely won't come loose over time like so many other toilet paper holders. The one thing I had an issue with is that it requires an extremely precise attachment to the wall, or the swing arm will either leave an unsightly gap, or else jam and not close. Other similar designs I've used have been easier to mount.

I ordered this Delta pivot arm toilet paper holder for my recent bathroom remodeling project. It is part of Delta’s Chamberlain collection and I ordered it In brushed nickel to match the 18” and 24” towel rods I had ordered at the same time. This tissue holder, like both towel rods, is mounted in the same manner. Using the enclosed paper template which I taped level onto the wall, I located the 4 mounting holes and marked each with a pencil. Then I screwed in the self-driving plastic wall anchors at each location using a Philips head bit mounted in my drill. The stamped steel mounting plates were then attached using the enclosed screws. Please note that these plates must be both plumb and level for the swing arm to work properly - so do this now, The left finished bracket with the swing arm and the stationary right bracket are slipped over each steel mounting plate and secured with the Allen screws on the bottom side of each piece. When mounted properly, the swing arm will rest on the seat on the stationary arm when in the closed position. So far I am very please with both the look and function of my new toilet paper holder.

I replaced a similar broken toilet paper holder with this Delta Chamberlain product. One thing to mention is that you must be precise with installation so that the arm fits perfectly into the "latch" side of the holder. The lever works well and looks nice. The toilet paper can be a larger size, too, which I once overlooked with a previous purchase. I am fond of the brushed nickel style, and the spot shield is a bonus.

Nice toilet paper holder. Easy to install, and I love that it doesn't have the "spring loaded" feature, but instead has an arm that you lift to change the toilet tissue roll. However, I don't know if it's just mine, but lifting that arm is pretty hard to do! I mean, you can do it, but it's pretty tight, so I worry that over time it could cause the bracket to become loose from the wall (unless you were able to install it into a stud). Therefore, my tip would be that, if possible, install the end that the arm stays attached to in a stud if at all possible. The spotshield feature is nice... doesn't collect fingerprints and I even tested with water droplets and they dried without leaving spots. The brushed nickel matches nicely with other fixtures in my bathroom. Also looks nice with the other items in the collection (towel bar/s and towel ring).

It has a tight and smooth swivel action for an easy and quick roll replacement. The Brushed Nickel finish on these parts is very nicely applied and the finish quality of the parts is flawless. They are also very stylish and will add a touch of elegance to your bathroom.

Good looking, sturdy, practical, bathroom accessory. This pivoting arm Delta toilet paper holder is brushed nickel with “spotshield” (helps prevent finger prints and maintain clean finish). I recently decided to change the “look” of the guest bath from polished chrome to brushed nickel, starting with the faucet and continuing on to accessories including towel holders and toilet paper holder. This holder consists of two parts (posts) which are mounted separately and there is little margin for measuring error. Delta includes an installation template with the instructions. If you use the template, installation is fairly easy. I was attaching to the side of the wood vanity so did not use the provided threaded drywall wall anchors. While the supplied drywall anchors are better than what you normally get, I would still recommend plastic winged molly bolt drywall anchors for added security when installing on drywall. I like the pivoting arm rather than the spring- loaded roll holder. Just pivot the roll arm up, remove the empty roll and insert a new roll, lower the arm back down. Clean with soft damp cloth. Nothing else is needed on the spotshield finish.
