Is the valve cartridge reversible as far as hot water coming out first right now.

What model # of Rough-In included into this Foundation set? Included valve doesn't let you control/adjust water flow, and I need to swipe the valve trim for the one from Delta that has such function. Need to make sure that Rough-In will fit

You can not install the 14 or 17 series trim kits that feature independent temperature control onto this rough-in valve.
