Hello Ssanchez, We thank you for your question. Unfortunately the Glass Shelf is not a replacement part. You can contact our Customer Care Department to see if it is still under warranty. Customer Care Team 1-800-542-3789
Hello Brian, Thank you for your question. The measurement of the glass is 24" x 5". I hope this is helpful. Kind Regards, Customer Care Team
Claude, We thank you for your question. The shelf is held into place by sliding it into the “mouth” on the posts and then tightening a set screw to secure it. There is a template with the product to ensure the posts are correctly installed in a safe position to support the weight load. We do not recommend any other placements. Kind Regards, Customer Care Team
Absolutely! I purchased towel bars to put underneath mine. You can get a towel bar either just a little smaller than the shelf, or a little bit longer than the shelf.
It is about a quarter inch thick.
Good Afternoon, We thank you for your interest in our product. Unfortunately, this is the only length we have available.. Please review our selection and advise if there's anything else we can help you with. Best Regards, emccollum firstname.lastname@example.org 800-542-3789
Buy some stainless steel set screws at Home Depot. They are in the hardware section in one of those "special drawers" next to the usual screws & fasteners. If I recall correctly...it was a 1/4" (diameter) x 1/2" (length) SS socket set screw. You will need an allen wrench to install.
