          A:  I needed only the hanging bracket and could not find it I even went to the Delta site and all they had were the set screws . One of our Towel ring was very loose and the set screw was stripped. I couldn't get it off the wall with out pulling it off and creating a larger hole where the bracket was. so I bought 2 new Towel rings. The hole was easy to patch and the new brackets are very easy to install and didn't cost very mush. Well worth the price.

            I hate the traditional mounting methods that use a set screw to clamp onto a bracket. When you tighten up the set screw it pushes the bracket off the wall eventually tearing out the anchors. This uses a different bracket that is the same as my towel racks and those have been holding great for about 2 years now. I have no doubt this bracket will hold without constant re-tightening. When installing make sure your anchors are flush with the wall. Otherwise it wont clamp against the wall and eventually pull the anchors out due to wiggling (see the scuff marks on my wall in my photo showing it's tight hold due to flush anchors). Generally anchors have a lip that prevents them from sitting fully flush with the wall, but if you tap it in a little more so the lip is recessed, these hold great.

            I never needed a towel ring before...
            I recently renovated a bathroom in an old house in Pennsylvania. I didn't have plans for a towel ring, but I realized that in that small bathroom, I wasn't going to install another towel bar by drilling into my new ceramic tile. I initially purchased an uber-inexpensive towel right from a major discount retailer starting with the letter of "W," but it was simply too cheap and flimsy for my liking. I found this towel ring at the Home Depot, and although slightly more expensive, it is incredibly sturdy. I installed it, and I am very pleased.

            Easy towel ring to install and stays tight on the wall. No need to tighten those tiny set screws to tighten it. It has 2 prongs it slides on to after its set to the wall. This is a great product to use to replace an old Towel ring that breaks.
