Water pressure isn’t strong as our old shower head, is there anything we could do?

To troubleshoot an issue with the water flow, I recommend removing the showerhead and cleaning any debris trapped in the connection with the shower arm. How are the shower settings changed?

Is the order restricter removable

I just got one of these last weekend and a friend installed it. The big shower head works wonderful but when I try to use the handheld part no water is coming out of it. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it just broken?
I don’t know if you’re doing something wrong, but there is three adjustments on the neck area. If I remember correctly, 1 is for both heads to be on, another is for just the handheld part and the third is for the big part of the shower head. This is no particular order, but if both heads aren’t one at same time the hand held don’t come on automatically. You’ll want to have both heads on. So, I just checked mine and the button has to flipped all the way back towards wall in order for both heads to put out water. Then you can remove the handheld and use it. The bigger head will still be on. You can just have the handheld on by switching the adjustment knob, but I just leave both on and use handheld like shower head is set.
You have to change the water routing with the small gray lever on the side. It should have three water flow options: the large head only, small head only, or both.

Our Delta Faucet 75486C has a switch on the upper right-hand side of the shower head, this will allow the water to flow through the hand shower, the shower head or both. Also, on the hand shower there is a push button pause feature, this would allow for water to the hand shower to be turned off to just a dribble. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. There's a knob on the right side of the shower head. It controls the water. Try turning it. Hopefully this helps. It doesn't exactly look like a knob but once you look you'll see it
Hi Joanne, The knob on the side of the big shower head turns the handheld on and off. Also, the thing on the bottom of the handheld moves side to side to change the water flow.
how do you get the dual shower head out of the cradle that is holding it. I have tried and cannot get it out?
You should be able to loft it up slightly the pull it towards you
You have to turn the inside head until it is free to pull out of the larger one. Put it back at an angle and then turn to make the two heads flat together.
I slide it upwards.
Try twisting it clockwise as you gently pull on it. Anyway, that works for me. Now, getting back in is sometimes the real challenge. Bottom line: the design is flawed.

Is the In2ition Two-in-One 4-Spray 6.1 in. Dual Wall Mount Fixed and Handheld Shower Head in Chrome made of metal or plastic?
The hose is metal. Most of the rest of it is plastic, even the threaded fitting.
