Broken Plastic
The knob to change the flow is plastic and broke. Price should reflect quality and be MUCH cheaper if you have to keep replacing it.

We have two of these, the Stainless and Venetian Bronze. Both of these are very nice and work great. We really like these a lot. We currently have the bronze in our spare bathroom and the Stainless in our master bathroom. These flow water well, are easy to install, and the inner head disconnects and reconnects easily. We are really glad we decided to get these and they help our new shower look great and high quality! The detachable head works great for moving around and sitting down on a stool. I recommend these shower heads. The are so comfortable and look great in both the faux granite shower and the tile shower we have.

I love this shower head combo. I fought buying the type of shower head that has both stationery and hand-held shower head for years because they were so ugly in my mind. However after using so many in different hotel double shower heads, I finally relented. We had our bathroom remodeled a few years ago and I was so adamant to have a pretty single shower head. Now I have repented my evil ways and purchased the above model, which is the match to the other bathroom fixtures. I love it now and don't know why it took so long to convince me. Buy this product, it was an easy install, plus it's such great tool to clean the shower and tub.

I totally remodeled my bathroom from a old shower/tub shell, to a walk in tile shower stall, and bought this because it looked nice with my tile. I really should have read the reviews prior to purchase, but I figured for 180$ it has to be worth it.. no, Its horrible. Very cheaply made, the head/hose is plastic, and doesn't un-kink, even after weeks of use. The water pressure is horrible.
I even put on my old nasty shower head and had amazing pressure again.
Save your money and go with something else. The real question is, can you return it missing the valve.. since the valve is now permanently installed behind the wall, Your stuck with it.
I miss my 180$.. we were good friends.
