This shower head is a very nice replacememt for an old outdated hand held shower head we had. It was easy to install with minimal tools needed to complete the imstall. The valve on the back and the button on the handle allow you to customize the water spray settings easily. The H2Okenetic technology does make it feel like a ton of water is coming out of the shower head. One issue I had was that I dropped the shower head when installing it and it separated some. However, it popped back together easily and has not been an issue since.

It’s beautiful but the hand held sprayer came split apart at the seam. We attempted to snap it back together several times but it never stayed. Returned it to the store for a full refund. The return process was quick and easy with a fast refund.

A lot of plastic for the steep price with very few spray options. Also, I know here in California their are restrictions on the flow rate, this did nothing to help with mitigating that challenge. A regular shower head does better than this one.

Pretty Great!
I've had this shower head in my new home now for 6 months. Love the flow rate and feel of all of the different sprays. Wish it came with better instruction manual. It's a hit and miss and figure it out for me. For the longest time, I could NOT get the middle wand with the magnets off!!! I was still having to use the old stand-by of the cup to splash-rinse the walls of my shower when cleaning (which was the whole reason for a hand-held shower head!). Finally figured out I needed to pull towards me and NOT straight down. There's probably several other things this shower head does that I don't know about if it came with a great manual!!!! GRRR! Also, I have the champagne bronze color & it water spots terribly! Any suggestions on how to get these off other than 1/2 vinegar and water solution? This still isn't a great solution. Water spots are still there and I have soft water!
