Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used; however, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate). Quality is of high importance to us, and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance.     Q:Does this come with the RP 12307 adaptor? If so, can it be unscrewed to be a direct replacement for an old RP 5834 with the adaptor already sweated

      The spout to fill up the tub sprays in multiple directions sideways.
      Had a Delta Lahara shower head, water handle and tub spout I stalled by a plumber. The tub spout sprays multiple directions instead of straight down. There are no instructions to adjust the aerator. After waiting in a call cue for over a half an hour, spoke with a Customer Service rep. that kept putting me on hold and then disconnected me. Tried to do research on internet regarding this issue found others complaints, but none with a solution to the problem. Going to keep calling and writing until I find an answer!
