Substantial fixture. Solid brass with polished chrome finish
First off, this isn't some cheap faux chrome cad plastic fixture. It's got some heft to it........and the sink stopper is 100% metal as well. When the plumber took it out of the box, he even commented on how nice the unit was. Handles are smooth turning although I dropped one star from performance. The COLD side has a little more tight or stiff to turn than the HOT side. I'd rather have it a little a little stiffer than sloppy. Maybe over time it will loosen up a bit. The Allen screw on the side doesn't effect turning. The screen under the faucet DOES COME OFF. The plumber had a tough time getting it undone for me. Just had a new water well installed and needed to be able to clean out the faucet screen from time to time. The screen housing said 1.5 gpm flow rate. Flow is nice and smooth. No splash back and I have a relatively shallow sink. Stopper works smoothly. I've attached photos to give you an idea of size, appearance on a sink and how far the faucet sticks out into the sink area.

Nice looks, long lasting even in AZ hard water
The last set of these lasted 15 years so bought another. I like this style and did my entire bathroom with it without breaking the bank.

Doesn't last very long
My house is 8 years old and we have all leland faucets and we have had to replace 2 of these already. They leak and then the screws get stripped very easily and then the whole faucet needs to be replaced. The small screws on the outside of the faucet and the ones on the inside of the faucet have gotten stripped and couldn't be removed to replace part of the faucet.
