Does the kit include cold and hot water hoses for connection to water supply?
No, I had to purchase new supply line hoses to replace 15 year old hoses.

How to fix leak by taking off handles?
If the leak is at a handle, you can remove the lever by using the small Allen wrench (Hex key) that came with your faucet to loosen the tiny screw on the side of the handle. Be careful not to drop this tiny screw! Once the handle is off, tighten the connection inside with an adjustable wrench, then put handle back on being careful not to scratch the surface as it scratches easily. If you can’t find the wrench that came with your faucet, they are readily available at Home Depot or any hardware store, maybe even your local supermarket. They are common. Good luck

I have this set and experience a regular issue. The hot water side requires the seal to be replaced, at least, every four-six months. I have replaced the seal and stem with the same result. I never have an issue with the cold side, just the hot. Is this normal for this faucet?
I don't think it is common. I have two in our master bath for just about 2 years now with no problem. Delta is a good product and good company. Call them, perhaps they have a solution , or ask them if they will send you a new faucet to replace yours. The toll free number is noted in the manual. You can access the manual by looking the faucet up on the Home Depot web site.

Good price and very easy install, Single woman here so i prefer easy installs. I like how the spout moves so you can have it off to the side. Does not look cheap and has the delta logo on front.

Spout broke off

I have had this for about five years. Great but just today the spout broke off while cleaning it. It was not a case of abuse by any means. The break was right where the spout enters the base and swivels. I am hoping I can just replace that part. My bet is that it is not covered by Delta warranty (I sure hope so though).

I like the faucet, but the drain is poorly designed. The top of the drain is too flat and water doesn't completely drain off if it, so the water just sits there and never dries up which is eventually going to damage the surface of the drain.

I bought three of these. After installing one, I returned te other two. The rod that you pull to close the drain goes through a hole in the base. So if you spill water on the base it leaks through the hole and under the sink. Not sure how Delta doesn't understand this after being in the business for so long.

After I installed this faucet day later wife complain there is water leaking under the bathroom sink.
So I thought it water leak thru the hole for lift rod because the kids washing their dirty hand and tend to water over the faucet. Troubleshoot removed whole faucet silicon seal between sink and plastic wait for hours, re-installed faucet then removed lift rod then seal the hole and pour some water over faucet look under the sink notice water leak thru base of faucet handle & faucet itself to the bottom cabinet . see pix .
