Very disappointing

My husband furnished our bathroom tub and shower with this delta product.Before one year was up the wand started flaking the bronze color off and now it looks horrible. we spent a lot of money on this product and I am very disappointed.

This hose is great. It is really super flexible and hangs well. When first out of the box I thought the bends in the hose would prevent it from hanging nicely but stretching it out and installing it got the waves out and it hangs so much better than my old plastic hose. The chrome finish looks much better too.

Excellent service with shipping, thanks! The stretchable shower hose is actually more flexible than I expected (I would have liked it to be more rigid, though with some amount of stretch), causing it to not hang straight and randomly switch its bend direction under pressure.
