The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity. As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place. So, unlike other pull-downs that tend to droop over time, MagnaTite keeps your pull-down faucet looking picture-perfect. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND seal technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. This powerful combination brings you a faucet built to last up to 5 million uses. However, please be advised the handle operation will stay the same. If the handle is installed on the left-hand side, it would still tilt out for on and cold, but push back for hot. A: Hi Roedogg! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. Changing Faucet to Manual: > 1. Turn handle into off position. > 2. Below your cabinets, you should see two blue clips (or a brass clip on > top and black clip-on bottom). Disconnect the bottom clip that is connected > to the braided hose. Place clip to the side we will need for later. > Disconnect braided hose. > 3. Disconnect the top blue(or black) clip. It should pivot off to detach > from the hose. > 4. Disconnect solenoid from the two hoses and disconnect the grounding > clip attached at shank(usually has a green or purple wire connected to it > leading up behind your sink.) > 5. Connect the two hoses and place the blue or black clip on top of them. > Now you have a manual faucet. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again. Looks awesome

I just had this Trinsic faucet installed in my kitchen and it looks awesome. It brings out the gold in my midcentury modern wallpaper backspalsh. I also love the hose and sprayer.

Beautiful

Once I saw this faucet I knew I wanted it for my kitchen remodel. It looks really good in a neutral kitchen. I especially like the magnet that locks the spray nozzle into place.

VoiceIQ module doesn’t work

I was thrilled to have this faucet to use both touch and voice commands. Touch control works pretty well and I am happy with it. The problem is VoiceIQ. Its module simply doesn’t work. The light has never turned green. All I see is blinking red light. I’m debating whether to return it. The Ethernet power is plugged into the grounded outlet.

Nice Faucet, But not for Google Assitant

Delta has zero documentation available on how to pair with google assistant outside of the tutorial. I contacted their support and was met with multiple unhelpful replies. After a bit of fiddling around I finally got my delta faucet account to pair with my google home (the only way is clicking the hyperlink they give you in the setup tutorial, do not go to the app and try and manually add it, it will not work), however we still had issues after the accounts were connected.

Great Faucet Without the Touch-less Feature

I purchased this faucet because of the color. I have a remodeld kitchen and I wanted champagne bronze color to go with my pendant lights above my island. I have had the faucet for three months now and it has been great. I did not get the touches feature.

Rust problems.

The magnet inside rusted so bad after a year that the metal, plastic and magnetic washer came apart making the faucet hanging loose from its base. Horrible quality for such a premium price!!

Works great, 1 issue though...

I've had this installed for about 6 years now, light duty use (only 2 people). It works great but has developed a slow drip from where the supply lines enter the barrel. Looking at the illustration I don't see that it's serviceable. Access isn't great because of a large sink. It was pretty expensive so if I have to replace it I won't be buying another Delta.

High Priced Faulty Faucet

Nice looking kitchen faucet but that’s where the positives end. Faucet is rusting after only 18 months, pull down cord has a horrible smell, the faucet wobbles even though the plumber installed it correctly ( see video someone else posted). The magnetic docking is failing. Need to change out this expensive piece of garbage. Do not waste your money.
