Great design, looks so sleek and the touch-less feature is wonderful!

Nice looking kitchen faucet but that’s where the positives end. Faucet is rusting after only 18 months, pull down cord has a horrible smell, the faucet wobbles even though the plumber installed it correctly ( see video someone else posted). The magnetic docking is failing. Need to change out this expensive piece of garbage. Do not waste your money.

I take back my first review Delta. My installer had the Touch wire on the wrong pipe. I managed to change it and now the faucet works wonderfully. I also thought you couldn’t have Voice and manual operation simultaneously. I misunderstood the Delta customer service rep I guess. All is well now.

Love it! One of my fave purchases for my newly remodeled kitchen. Looks great!

Only an esthetic comment: It's MASSIVE. I appreciate the clean lines, but I think to make the sprayer the same width, the arch has had to get much thicker than it needs to be. The height is listed, but not the thickness of the arch. It's MUCH thicker IRL (1.15") than appears in the image. My kitchen is small & it looks massive. If you have a big kitchen (congrats!) — great. Smaller kitchen? Skip. Three stars for visual misrepresentation, I'm sure unintentional.

So far so good. The faucet is working great so far but it's a new installation so we'll see what happens in time. A lot of reviewers are stating that the touch feature quits working after so long. I hope that's not the case. The installation was pretty simple. The instructions were very clear which made it easier. The water pressure is great and the sprayer has good power. The hose length for the pull out is perfect. My last faucet had too short of a hose. I used C batteries instead of AA. It states the AA last about a year and the C last about 3 years. The Arctic Stainless finish is great. It has a bit of a shine compared to a traditional stainless steel. I like the little LED light which tells you if the water is coming out hot or cold. Overall I think it's a great, high quality faucet. I'm deducting one star only because of the outrageous price.

I was really looking forward to installing this and couldnt wait to test the touch2O features. Installation was quite easy compared to some of the others i have installed over the years. The kit included everything I needed minus the tools, which is normal, and i was able to install it pretty quickly. The only thing I really had trouble with are the supply lines. I would have preferred the flexible type connection, but it came with the plastic type. I watched a video on Delta's website on how to install it, and it said to bend them slightly in a circular pattern if they were too long or I could them according to the instructions. I didnt really want to cut the lines, so i just kind of curled them around my hand, which wasnt easy, but i got them connected. The kit included the batteries for the touch feature and are supposed to last a year. I like the LED light on the base of the faucet that lets you see what temperature the water is. The other thing i appreciated is how the supply lines were marked red for hot and blue for cold. I didnt have to trace with line was cold or hot because of this. Once i finally installed the faucet, I couldnt wait to test the touch feature. This is where my disappointment set in. The touch feature worked intermittently at best and didnt really work at all when touching it back to back in quick succession. I went through the trouble shooting steps and I still couldnt get it work consistently. I went online and just did some quick Google searches and tried some of the things that were suggested, but still didnt get it to work consistently. There were notes on how to disable that feature, so that's ultimately what I did. When i have more time, i'll reach out to their customer service to see what else i can try to get it to work. As of now, i still like the faucet and it looks really nice and is pretty stylish, but the key feature not working is a bit disappointing. I do like the how the sprayer pops back into place with a click after releasing it and the strong spray that the hose has. This is adjustable with the handle and its pretty easy to go from the spray feature to just a normal flow with a press of the button on the spray head. I gave this two stars because of the issues with the touch feature, if this worked for me, i would have easily given this five. Im not sure what the issue is, but hopefully customer service can get me up and running.

A very nice attractive brushed nickel faucet. My wife loves it. Installation was quite easy. Just follow the directions. Love the touch to turn on and off.Also like the LED water temperature indicator light. I thought it was a bit expensive, but my wife says it is well worth it. I would say this is a quality, well made product. This falls in line with most Delta products.

I love the fact that you can simply touch the handle to activate the water flow. Very similar to a public bathroom faucet, but the touch to turn on is simpler. The faucet uses smart technology so that it doesn't accidentally turn on with light changes or other room changes. The installation/replacement is pretty standard. There are a lot of wires to secure or run under the faucet. If you have a power source for your dishwasher, I would suggest buying the AC adapter so that you don't have to mount the battery storage. Overall this is a beautiful faucet. The finish is outstanding and the water flow is consistent. I like the idea of the LED changing color as the water gets warmer, or goes from warm to cool. It is more of a novelty but does produce favorable comments from our visitors.
