Water coming out of sprayer when not in use but water running. Replaced diverter worked good for 3-4 days now back to leaking
Hi Varese, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with your VESSONA® Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 21925LF-SS. Shut off the water supplies. Remove the aerator and turn the faucet handles all the way on. Turn on the hot and cold water supplies and flush the water lines for one minute. Check all the connections for leaks. Replace the aerator. Re-tighten if necessary, but do not overtighten. This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts. Please reach out with further questions! Mine is stainless steel. But I purchased it over ten years ago and it still looks great. Cannot vouch for anything maid recently.

Do I need to purchase hoses for the water supply
No, additional hose is needed, the sprayer and hose are included. If anything is broken or missing do not hesitate to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. The Delta customer support is excellent.

What's the height
Per Delta specifications, it is 13-1/4” from countertop to top of faucet.
I don't know the height of the faucet and I can't not find my tape measure but I've put this exact faucet in 2 different houses because the faucet is tall enough to wash my soup pot and many other large things such as my cat.

We have 2 sinks. This faucet will be good for one. The other is a single hole mount. Do you have a faucet to match this for a one hole installation?

I am not aware of this faucet being available in a single hole application. Delta makes this model for Home Depot. Maybe it is available.
is this model the same as the413763 model
Yes, that is the Delta 413763 (discontinued item). I ow it in the oil rubbed bronze, had a hard time findings replacement part from Delta.

How do I remove the spout from th base
It should be like all the rest unscrewing counterclockwise. I would advise using a towel or heavy tape to prevent scarring the finish.
