              The shower head was easy to install but the handle...
              The shower head was easy to install but the handle was not. The tiny screw to the handle would not tighten using the allen wrench provided. I tried and tried but could not get it to work. I returned it and got the Windemere instead. Cheaper and the handle was easy to install with a large enough screw and I was able to use a screwdriver.

              we have a fairly new house and our woodhurst shower vale is making a high pitch whinning noise what do i do
