This light is in our front entryway and it fits the space perfectly. This light feels very heavy and substantial. When hung and lit it appears more black than dark bronze. It comes with some edison bulbs that are somewhat yellow in color - I replaced them with brighter edison bulbs. Overall, I think this light could go with several different design styles.
