    What's an A19 bulb

    Shaped like a snow cone, LED A19 bulbs are probably what you think of when someone says "light bulb." They remind me of the bulbs for ceiling fan fixtures.

    Does this light fixture require a mounting box? I don't have one. I only have wires coming out of a hole.

    Probably. These shades are held on using the large nut around the lamp socket method. If the other shades mount the same way, why not? The other method is the three screws from the outside. Those shades are made with an external rim and usually nothing on the inside for the nut to lock against.

    As far as I can tell, it's impossible. After installing the unit ourselves, I discovered that one of the shades was broken. Two different Home Depot agents--one by chat and one by telephone--tried to arrange for a replacement, only to learn that this manufacturer does not provide parts. Our only option, then, was to return the entire unit for replacement. Since we are not capable do-it-yourselfers, that option was unacceptable. I also wondered whether we might have the same issue with a replacement shipment, and I was in a hurry to complete the project. So, after visiting several parts retailers, both online and in the area, all of whom were shocked that we couldn't get another shade, I wound up purchasing 5 new shades. Home Depot did issue a 15% credit, which helped defray the cost.

    I LOVE THIS LIGHT!!! If you have low ceilings or your light is directly above your mirror this light may not work for you as it does sit close to the wall, but for me it worked perfectly. I have very high ceilings and my light sits well above my mirror so it works perfectly in my space. It's a beautiful fixture and a HUGE improvement over the old tacky 1980s 3 globe bar fixture I had previously. I love how unique it is and that it doesn't look like the traditional fixtures with the bell shaped shades. The chrome finish is perfect in my bathroom, and I was able to install it fairly easily myself. I could not be happier with this purchase, it make a huge difference in my bathroom.

    Very disappointed in this product. I had to end up buying two of these lights to make one good light. None of the globes were the same height. There was more than 1/2" difference in the heights. Even when I ordered the second light I couldn't get 4 globes that were the same height. The second socket on both lights was misaligned from the light housing and the chrome finish on the first light I bought had pitting marks. I ended up returning one of the lights that had the most defects.

    With the LED bulbs we purchased from Home Depot, this light really makes our bathroom update, pop. This fixture has extremely high WAF. The finish compliments all the other fixtures in the room. The package included everything I needed except an installer, so I did it. It was easy. It was not our first choice, but we are EXTREMELY happy we changed our mind.

    They are exactly as shown. Very solid and I really like the clean lines. One light was a little bit crooked out of the box, but it was easy to straighten once the installation plate was off and prior to installing. The chrome is very shiny and will reflect whatever is around it like a mirror.

    A handyman installed this light for me so I don't know how easy it was to install. The light fixture is beautiful, a shiny metallic that matches the faucets. It's a nice quality, especially for the price! I love it.

    I got this product online, one of the shades came broken. The manufacturer didn't want to replace only one shade. I had to return the whole product to my local home depot, they handled it excellent, ordered for me a new replacement and I got compensated for the inconvenience. The replacement was received quickly with no damage. It was installed by an electrician. It didn't take him too much time. These lights are beautiful. Provide a lot of light but at the same time not too bright and harsh. Modern, classic, traditional all at the same time. I'm planning to replace the lights in 2 more bathrooms in my house with the same collection. P.S. on the pictures it looks like the light is yellow, my walls are yellow and the camera is not capturing the real color of the shades but any way they are beautiful.
