A: Hello! Yes, you can attached the PA9 to either the wood or aluminum handrails. The screws for both are in each box. You are responsible for the screws that attach to the wall. These can connect to all wall types.
A: Hello Gregory - The PA9 Prova wall connector is the only handrail wall mount we offer at this time. Please let us know if you have any additional quesitons.
A: Denmark. Distributor is in Minnesota.
A: All Prova railing components are designed in Denmark and manufactured in China
A: We always recommend mounting the PA9 into existing studs. Any standard wood screw that is long enough where at least 2" of the screw has been driven into the stud will work. A standard size to work with the PA9 wall mount would be a #8 screw (5/32" diameter). If mounting only into the plaster you would want to find a molly bolt with a small enough diameter to fit the wall mount. The molly bolt has an incorporated anchor which will help hold the screw in place. We would also advise that you place extra wall mounts on each handrail section as this method is less secure then going into studs
A: I would not attach the brackets to a plaster wall without at least one screw being driven into a wall stud, preferably two screws. If you need to use a wall anchor, I would use an anchor that supports 100lbs or greater.
