A: This model can achieve a floor to floor height from 96 to 111". To go higher then 111" you would need to order a model with additional treads. The Toronto V3 is available in 11 through 15 tread options

Far better than expected! Assembly was straightforward and easy and the result is beautiful. I assembled this all by myself in the same amount of time they suggest two people could accomplish it and I'm almost 70. I didn't care that much for the 'all pictures' assembly directions but I worked through it. A couple of explanatory sentences at each step would be a nice addition.
