I wish I had one as a kid
The is amazing. I was surprised how well the finish looks. Several parts were really stinky (formaldehyde) and the seller replaced it with no issue. We have air quality monitors in the house after all the fires in CA, no chemicals registering from that bed. It’s solid wood, very heavy and sturdy when assembled. Top section looks like a cool tree house. The look is just amazing with lights and other additions. No regrets. My kid absolutely loves it! So does everyone else, asking where I found it

The bed is wonderful once it is constructed. However, there are areas where the pre-drilled screw holes do not line up. The top side panels (4) should lay flush, for added stability, against the upper bed rail. They do not. Please note the weight limit...it's accurate. It definitely takes two people to assemble. Had the instructions been better and the pieces/holes lined up, it would have been 5 stars!

Great bed, but it smells.
The bed was very easy to set up. Almost a one person job for the most part. Only needed help on one or two steps.
The reason I am giving it two stars is because of the smell. There is some sort of chemical smell on the wood that is super strong and is messing with my sinuses. I recommend sitting the wood in a garage or something for a few days before you put it together inside. That may help. We have a window open and a fan getting the air out of the room but it still smells.
